Shipping Policy

All orders ship in 1 to 2 business days from our fulfillment partner's facility.

Delivery windows

Standard Shipping: arrives in 9 to 15 days. Free on orders over $45, otherwise $4.95.
Express Shipping: arrives in 7 to 10 days. $12.95.
International Shipping: arrives in 10 to 20 days. $9.95.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at support@heldmemory.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order added Shipping Protection at checkout, lost or damaged packages are replaced free with priority handling. Without protection, we will still work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.
