Product use

HeldMemory kits are craft products intended for use with pets under adult supervision. Follow the included instructions. The clay is non-toxic, but it is not a food product and pets should not be allowed to eat it.

Guarantee and refunds

Our 90-day happiness guarantee is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeldMemory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
